Maverick Membership Agreement – You Must Sign To Continue.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Read Carefully!<\/h3>\n

Maverick Trading provides its registered members with a number of benefits, including access to live webcasts, recorded videos, daily\/weekly market updates, and selected tools from third parties and other services (collectively, the ” Membership Services”), for their individual usage, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.<\/p>\n

Capital Sharing Program Overview<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Trader must submit a Performance Bond of a minimum of $5,000<\/strong><\/em>, unless otherwise specified by or arranged with management. This Performance Bond remains the property of the trader. All P&L from the trader\u2019s activities will be reconciled against this amount. The firm agrees to fund a sub-account with $25,000 with portfolio margin buying power in excess of that amount.<\/li>\n
  • The trader retains their designated split of the profits, which shall never be less than 70 percent.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0The firm keeps the remainder, which shall never be more than 30 percent. Traders can advance levels through a consistent track record of profitability and proper risk management and top-tier traders will retain up to 80 percent of profits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Performance Bonus<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • When a trader has joined the Capital Sharing Program, and the profit splits that have been made for the firm reach or exceed the amount the trader paid for the initial enrollment fee, the firm will either cut a check to the trader in the amount of the enrollment fee, or simply add the funds into the trading account; this on top of the profits the trader has accumulated for themselves.<\/li>\n
    • This performance bonus will be paid out as profits and included in the total compensation amount in their 1099-misc of that year.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0At this point, we have assurance the trader will produce more profits in the future and the firm will recapture any expenses incurred during the recruiting, training and supervision of that trader.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Overview of Costs<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Member agrees to pay a one-time enrollment fee of $7,000.<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0This fee becomes non-refundable after the 72-hour “Right of Rescission” period. The fee represents a lifetime non-transferable membership to the firm. The member has the right to leave the firm temporarily or permanently at any time.<\/li>\n
      • Member agrees to begin paying monthly desk fees in the amount of $199.00\/month, beginning thirty (30) days after enrollment<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and continuing in perpetuity until the member withdraws from the firm, either temporarily or permanently. This fee covers all of the ongoing costs of the Membership Services. This fee is required regardless of whether the member is trading within the Capital Sharing Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Maverick Trading Membership Agreement<\/strong><\/h1>\n

        BY ACCEPTING THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        In consideration of Maverick Trading providing you with these Membership Services, you agree to comply with the following terms of use for membership. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the terms of use, you may not become a member, and Maverick Trading does not consent to provide you with access to the Maverick Trading™ Membership Services.<\/p>\n

        By signing this agreement, you are representing to Maverick Trading that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use this information for any unlawful purpose. You may print a copy of these terms of use for your reference. You understand and agree that Maverick Trading may change the www.mavericktrading.com website at any time. All members will be notified of changes made.<\/p>\n

        In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, you, the purchaser, may cancel this sale up to midnight of the third business day after the receipt of the merchandise or product, whichever is later.         CHANGES TO TERMS OF USE FOR MEMBERSHIP OR MEMBERSHIP SERVICES<\/p>\n

        Maverick Trading may change any term in these terms of use at any time with notice to you. The changes will appear in these terms of use, and your use of this Maverick Trading program after any changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified terms of use and all of the changes. Your use of the Membership Services after such changes will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Maverick Trading operates in a constantly changing business environment and is continually adding and changing content and material available in the website. The terms of use, as well as our privacy policy may change also with notice to you.<\/p>\n

        REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY<\/p>\n

        As a member of Maverick Trading™ you also have certain other obligations relating to your membership:<\/p>\n

        • You may not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Membership Services to any third party;<\/li>\n
        • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account;<\/li>\n
        • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password; and<\/li>\n
        • You agree to notify us at support@mavericktrading.com if you become aware of any possible unauthorized use(s) of your account or any possible breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your user name or password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          USER CONDUCT<\/p>\n

          When using the Membership Services you may not republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute content available through the Membership Services to online bulletin boards, message boards, newsgroups, chat rooms, or in other any manner, without the prior written permission of Maverick Trading management. Modification of the content or use of the content for any purpose other than your own personal, noncommercial use is a violation of our copyright and other proprietary rights, and can subject you to legal liability.<\/p>\n

          You must abide by the following rules in connection with your use of the Membership Services:<\/p>\n

          • You agree not to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law in connection with your use of the Membership Services. This includes, among other things, any securities law or regulation.<\/li>\n
          • You agree not to express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;<\/li>\n
          • You agree not to modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Maverick Trading website or the Membership Services;<\/li>\n
          • You agree not to harvest or collect information about users of the Membership Services without their express consent.<\/li>\n
          • You agree not to login to www.mavericktrading.com from more than one computer at the same time.<\/li>\n

            With the Capital Sharing Program at Maverick Trading, we contract with our traders to trade with our capital as independent contractors. Members must complete the membership videos\/classes, pass the required trading certification tests and provide adequate trading statements to management for review. Trading statements must be current statements during the training period, and may be completed in either a live or demo account. Maverick Trading will not discriminate due to age, race, color, or creed and all applicants of the Capital Sharing Program will be approved based on merit alone.<\/p>\n

            All traders will contribute a minimum of $5,000 as a Performance Bond and Maverick Trading will provide a trading sub-account with a minimum equity amount of $25,000. Each trader’s Profit and Loss will be reconciled against the trader’s Performance Bond. Maverick Trading reserves the right to deny anyone access to capital that does not meet the requirements. Maverick Trading does not guarantee every member will qualify to participate in the Capital Sharing Program; however, all members who complete the requirements successfully will be eligible to participate in the Capital Sharing Program.<\/p>\n

            Maverick Trading provides general financial information designed to educate its members. Maverick Trading has interactive features that are an educational and informational service designed to help users identify trading and investment strategies that can help them meet their financial goals.
